Return Policy

Thank you so much for shopping with us and supporting our efforts. Please look at your confirmation emails for your invoice or the physical invoice in the package for details we may require.

Damaged & Mislabeled Items

We pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality.  The company we partner with has a 3-step quality check before shipping an item out.  However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and will provide a free replacement. 
You must first reach out to us clicking here.  Some details we may request are including, but not limited to: date purchased, invoice number, shipping information, and pictures of the damaged/mislabeled area(s).  The time frame to contact us is within 7 Days from the date the item is recorded as delivered. 

Direct To Garment (DTG)

Please note that many products are made-to-order through a process called Direct To Garment (DTG).  This means that it doesn’t exist until you order it – talk about custom!  The DTG process is a relatively new printing method that produces incredibly high-quality artwork that will stay put for years to come with the proper care.  Because of this your order may look slightly different than the image online. This can be caused by an optical issue.  Some computer/laptop/tablet/phone screens may show a different hue/variation of the actual printed color.  Also printing on textile/clothing materials will produce a slightly different variation than what appears on a screen mentioned previously.  See image below for an example.

Size Exchanges & Buyer’s Remorse

Since our products are made-to-order we only offers refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for size exchanges and/or buyer’s remorse.  Thank you for understanding.

A Package is Marked as Delivered

If the shipment’s tracking states that it was delivered, but you haven’t received it, we are not able to cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. 

Changing an Order

Once a purchase is submitted by the customer, there is a 24 hour cut-off time on any changes.  After 24 hours changes will be denied because the order is in production.  

How Refunds* Are Issued

Refund requests must be done by contacting us by clicking here.  Please note that, if the item(s) is requested to be returned, this shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  If you are receiving a refund and we are accepting a return item(s), it may take an additional 3-5 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund once the item(s) is received by us.  To see how long it takes for you to receive your refund, please see the table below.
*No Refund(s) on Bathing Suits, Bodysuits or Face Masks/Coverings due to hygiene purposes.  If an item(s) was purchased on sale or if the item(s) is currently on sale no refund will be issued.  Refunds are issued as store credit.

What do I need to include in my return package?

Please include the invoice in your package or a small note stating;
  • Name Used to Place order
  • Order Number
  • Items Returned
  • Reason for Return
  • Special Notes (if any)

This is my first time returning products, what does your company recommend?

Customers may return the items in the same package they received or any small package from the post office. Once the package is taped and packaged, we recommend shipping with USPS First Class Mail. This method is the most affordable and comes with a tracking number to prove the return shipment. You are welcomed to use other shipping services but they will vary in prices depending on the company and shipping method.

Do I have to pay the shipping fees to return the items or will you send me a return label?

Unfortunately we do not provide return labels, all shipping fees must be paid by the customer.

How long do I have to return my item(s)?

Please return the items within 7 days of the delivery date stated on the tracking information.

Do you hold items for returns?

No, unfortunately due to excessive hold requests, we cannot hold a specific size for a return. We can’t guarantee that by the time your return reaches us, the size you desire will be available.

What will I receive for my return?

You will be receiving a store credit gift card code that will be sent via email. We will add up the total spent on the items returned *minus shipping* and include that amount in a store credit code. You will use this store credit code to purchase your exchange. We do not provide refunds for returns.

Do I save my tracking number to prove that I returned my items?

Yes please do! Unfortunately packages do get lost sometimes but with your return tracking information we will know that you did in fact return a package.

I’m missing an item/my item arrived damaged or with a defect!
